Baking

How was your weekend? Mine was good. I hosted a cozy birthday dinner party and baked a birthday cake. A simple strawberry cake. I wanted to say that it was soft and moist, but it wasn't. I over baked it :-( But, it wasn't so bad and surely looked pretty. Hence very popular among the kids :-) I hope you enjoyed your weekend too. Now, yard work is waiting...and the dog... Happy Monday!
