Sew & Tell - Jessica's Tiered Skirt

I'm glad that some people asked me how to make my layered skirt on the top page of my website. Jessica is one of them. But, I don't think she needs my instructions. Look at this skirt! Isn't this cute or what? She made this three tiered skirt for her little girl, Presley. And this is her very first skirt. I see mushrooms, birds, pebbles, and they are all in pink, just as little Presley loves it. A tiered skirt is a little trickier to make, so if she could make this, my layered skirt, which she will make next, would be a piece of cake. Thank you Jessica and Presley!
