New Temporary Business Hours

So yesterday made it my official day back at work.  And I got four boxes of new stuff.  It was hard to unpack them when you have limited physical ability.  So I waited for my boy to show up after school.  Last Saturday was just a trial as part of my rehabilitation.  It wasn't even a busy day, but I was exhausted at the end of the day.  Both physically and emotionally.  So I let the boy handle it on his own the next day while I took a rest.

We updated the temporary business hours as follows while I still recuperate.

Tue - Fri: 1pm - 6pm
Sat: 12pm - 5pm
Sun: 12pm - 4pm

We know there were some people who weren't very happy with the shop's weird hours and the emergency closing signs after traveling to the shop.  I appreciate that you guys came and understand why a few of you were very very upset.  Our sincere apologies!  We are doing our best to post as soon as we find out that some adjustments should be made due to emergencies.  So please check our site first, not any other websites.  So just to give you guys a heads up, there might be some more occasions that we have to close in a short notice in the future.  We hope you understand.

Thanks a million!

Hello

Hi all.  It's nice to wake up with the first sign of fall.  Rain.  Thanks for your kind words and sweet gifts.  You don't know how much they mean to me.  It's been hard, yes!  During the first two weeks, I was absolutely miserable.  There was crying, depression, frustration, pain, and more pain.  I rarely got off the bed.  I even allowed Dash to stay on my bed.  But, hey, my rehabilitation is going well.  I stay off of my pain medication during the day as long as I can endure these days.  The pain was hard to take, but the pain killers were making me sick too.  I still have to take them before going to bed.  My appetite is gradually coming back.  And I am finally walking like a healthy person.  Well, almost.  I can't run or fast walk because it still hurts a little.  Going into the third week after I disappeared, I started to walk around the block to rebuild my muscles.  I was so weak that I could hardly walk two blocks.  It was the one step forward and two steps back kind of progress.  I live one block from a small park on the hill.  I mean the hill is way too big for the healthy me.  I usually avoid it, but one foggy day, I let Dash lead the way off leash up on the hill.  One step at the time.  He made sure I was following him by stopping and looking back.  And this is the view from the top of the hill.  I am feeling good today, so I am going to go to the shop with the boy.
