Sew & Tell - Francine's Baby Quilt

For many people sewing a garment is more intimidating than sewing something for home. But, for some others the intimidation is just opposite. Francine has been making clothing for her little girls and herself, but making a quilt was somehow outside her comfort zone. Maybe those modern quilters have inspired her, now she has admitted that making a quilt is her new addiction. She is very happy with her first quilt. And so is the owner of this quilt. See her little girl, Ondine? She turned a corner of Peapod comfortable with her quilt. I love the purples and greys together. It is so pretty! Good job, Francine! I'm glad you tried.
